Data and purposes

We collect the name, email, message and any optional telephone number you submit. We use enquiries to respond to your request; newsletter subscriptions to send the updates you agree to; ticket information to administer purchases and attendance. Marketing consent is separate from event administration.

Service providers

The site uses hosting and database services, Resend for email, and FormSubmit for enquiry forwarding. The ticket flow uses Systeme.io and Stripe; their services process the information you enter at checkout. WhatsApp participation is optional.

Retention and choices

Waiting-list data is retained until consent is withdrawn and no longer than 12 months after the event. Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the conversation. Purchase records may be retained for applicable accounting obligations. Contact us to withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion or restriction. You may complain to the ICO.

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting, checkout and external services may use their own necessary technologies.
