Event and offers
London 路 11 November 2026. The exact venue and admission instructions will be emailed before the event. Inclusions are those stated in the chosen offer at checkout. A single ticket admits one person; Duo admits two.
Price and payment
Prices and payments are in GBP. The final total displayed at checkout includes any applied discount. Payments are processed through Stripe. Incomplete, declined or cancelled payments do not grant admission.
Confirmation and billing
Confirmation and a receipt are sent by email after successful payment. Each attendee receives their own QR ticket; Duo attendee names are managed through the private My tickets page. Company buyers should provide their company name, full billing address and tax number if applicable.
Voluntary refunds
Request a full refund of an unused single ticket or the complete Duo order by emailing office@marcingrzelak.com by 28 October 2026 at 23:59 Europe/London. Include the order reference and buyer email. Accepted refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days. After this deadline voluntary change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Request attendee name changes before the event.
Cancellation and changes
If the organiser cancels the event, ticket buyers receive a full refund. If the date or event changes materially, buyers may accept the change or request a refund. Minor programme, speaker or timing changes do not remove statutory rights.
Admission and accessibility
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions. Serious disruptive conduct may result in refusal of admission or removal. Contact the organiser in advance about accessibility needs.
Photography and privacy
Photography and filming are planned. Buying a ticket does not grant unrestricted consent to use your image. Contact the organiser about concerns or specific arrangements. Marketing consent is separate from event administration. See the privacy policy.
Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to office@marcingrzelak.com. Mandatory consumer rights are protected. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable court rights.
