How we handle your information
Current website
This is a private pre-launch website. Calculator inputs and contact-form entries stay in your browser until you choose to prepare and send an email. The website currently does not save those entries to a lead database.
Contact by email
The contact form prepares a message to office@marcingrzelak.com in your own email application. You decide whether to send it. Once sent, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process the message. Do not include identity documents, bank statements or detailed financial information.
Website access
The hosting and sign-in service may process technical access information needed to provide the website. We have not installed advertising pixels or marketing analytics in the website code. See the Cookies page for the current position.
Your questions and rights
For privacy questions or a request about information you have sent, contact office@marcingrzelak.com. Depending on the applicable circumstances, rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Before client intake opens
The final notice must identify the verified legal data controller, purposes and lawful bases, recipients and any international transfers, retention periods and how rights can be exercised. These details remain under confirmation. This page describes the current website and is not a completed client-service privacy notice.
External fonts
The website currently requests its typefaces from Google Fonts. This creates a connection from your browser to Google’s font service and can disclose technical request information such as your IP address. This integration must be included in the final provider and privacy assessment before public launch.
Event enquiries and partner introductions
An event enquiry is not a ticket booking or an automatic mailing-list subscription. The current form prepares an email in your own application. Sending it does not itself authorise disclosure to sponsors, speakers or developers for their marketing.
If you ask for a partner introduction, the proposed recipient, purpose and minimum information to be shared should be explained and agreed beforehand. The recipient should explain its own use of your information.
Before event registration opens
The event-registration notice must identify the verified organiser and data controller, purposes and lawful bases, service providers, any overseas processing, retention periods and rights. Separate marketing choices and any photography or recording arrangements must be explained. These details are not yet confirmed; this page is not a completed registration privacy notice.
